Why Amanda?
With a background in home staging and interior design I bring a unique perspective and toolbox to share with my clients. I have built a reputation and track record of preparing and marketing homes for over a decade. I know what buyers are looking for and how to help home owners show their homes in the best possible light. I have helped homeowners and realtors all over Philadelphia sell their properties quickly and for the best price possible. In addition to design and staging I have experience with investments and renovations. I have completed two full renovations of my own homes as well as multiple renovations for investments and flips. I am a great asset for both homeowners looking to find a home where they can build equity as well as investors looking to add to their portfolio.
Additionally, I am an IIN Certified Health Coach. While this may seem like an unrelated accreditation, I view it as a valuable and very important component to my business model. When working with clients I am able to understand them on a wholistic level in order to guide them to the home of their dreams.
I believe wholeheartedly that we are the sum of all of our parts. Living a fulfilling healthy life includes the home and functionality of that home in relation to your life, health and family goals.
